Gerding Edlen gets behind smaller, creative spaces in downtown Portland

The Oregonian's Ryan Frank looks at the “untapped market” for a 16-story building in an ailing economy, working through the concept of how buyers will respond to small, European living in a US city. “The concept dovetails with a philosophical movement of living smaller but richer lives.”
