Gerding Edlen, cited as a young Portland firm, has found success based on their outstanding dedication to energy efficient building, known as their "Green Routine" reports Sheila Bacon of Northwest Construction magazine. Gerding Edlen emphasizes reuse and recycling on all their projects from the very beginning, resulting in energy efficient buildings.
Recent projects include the five-block Brewery Block development in Portland’s Pearl District; the first phase of new headquarters for InFocus in Wilsonville, Oregon; and Collins Circle Apartments, a mixed-use affordable housing project in Portland.
