The 43-story condominium Bellevue Towers reached its full height this week. Jane McCarthy of King 5 News covered the milestone “topping off” ceremony at Bellevue Towers.

“Bellevue Towers stakes its place at the top of the Bellevue skyline, becoming the tallest building there. In fact, it's considered the largest residential-only high rise in the state. The tallest of the two towers reaches 43 stories skyward, thanks to new building codes.”

With 540 condominium homes, the tower is more than tall—it was designed to use thirty percent less energy and water than the industry standard, making them luxurious examples of green building and healthy living.
