The Boston Redevelopment Authority has approved a 20-story, 257,000 sq. ft. residential development on A Street in South Boston. Developed by Gerding Edlen in collaboration with the Archon Group, the 202-unit structure will include 22 affordable units, 27 so-called innovation units and several affordable artist live/work spaces.
