Sep 27, 2007

Elleven is the first LEED Gold condominium in California

Elleven's sustainable features include locally manufactured and highly recycled content such as wheat board cabinetry and bamboo flooring.

Elleven has been awarded LEED Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, making it the first LEED Gold condominium in California and the first building in downtown Los Angeles to receive the designation.

Elleven's sustainable features—from bamboo flooring to an energy-efficient heating, air, and water systems—earned the Los Angeles tower LEED Gold status. The building has also been receiving high praise for operable windows, a rarity in Los Angeles high-rise construction.
