Gerding Edlen Announces Two Promotions

portland, or – Gerding Edlen today announces the promotion of Dan Rinella to Vice President and Controller and Stephanie Fabian to serve as Asset Manager for Gerding Edlen.
Dan Rinella, Vice President and Controller
As an integral member of the senior management team, Dan Rinella contributes an expertise based on 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. As Vice President and Controller, Rinella will manage all aspects of accounting and financial reporting for Gerding Edlen.
Prior to joining Gerding Edlen in 2009, Rinella was the CFO for a residential construction company based in Portland. He also has 10 years experience in public accounting, including five years with the international accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. Rinella received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with an emphasis on Accounting and Finance from the University of Oregon, and obtained his CPA license from the State of Oregon in 1994.
Stephanie Fabian, Asset Manager
As Asset Manager, Stephanie Fabian will oversee and manage the Gerding Edlen real estate projects, including its Fund Investments. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, with a direct report to the Fund's Investment Committee, Fabian will be responsible to track and evaluate the acquisition, development, administration, and disposition of real estate in the Fund's portfolio.
Prior to joining Gerding Edlen in 2008, she was the Development Analyst for Harsch Investment Properties, performing financial analysis and proformas on complex mixed-use new development as well as redevelopment projects. Prior to that, she was a Senior Real Estate Analyst for Knowledge Learning Corporation, where she provided financial analysis on their asset portfolio. Fabian received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Seattle University.
