Gerding Edlen Development and the Housing Authority of Portland (HAP) are partnering to redevelop the Civic Apartments into a 16-story, mixed-use development along West Burnside Street in Portland, Oregon. The Civic will include affordable, for-rent HAP housing, in addition to 261 urban homes (studios, penthouses and one- and two-bedroom units) priced between as low as $174,000, in addition to a retail podium, underground parking and a pedestrian thoroughfare linking it to energetic West Burnside Street.
