TRIANGLE CORPORATE PARK

Class A Office Complex

Triangle Corporate Business Park was designed to capitalize on the business park’s strategic location and high visibility from Interstate 5 with large signage and identity features. The property is located at the intersection of the I-5 freeway, Highway 217, and Kruse Way, providing tremendous access and proximity to major employment and residential centers in Portland's surrounding suburbs. The project consisted of several phases including a hotel development and three Class A office buildings. Phase I and II buildings were each two stories and designed to provide tenants high visibility, convenience, and large efficient professional office spaces. Following the success of the initial phases, the density of Phase III, the final building, increased to five stories.

The building’s façade is a unique combination of brick masonry, glass, and a precise concrete entry arcade that gives the building a memorable presence.

Relatively large floorplates were designed for flexibility in interior layouts and office configurations. Triangle Business Park also has an athletic facility, outdoor sport court, showers and lockers.
