Smart Urban Living in Portland's University District in the South Park Blocks

We successfully identified an unmet demand for new urban housing at an affordable price point in downtown Portland. People of all socio-economic backgrounds demand the culturally rich life that downtown living offers. Cyan is a stake in the ground, a demonstration that it’s possible to develop affordable housing in our rapidly growing cities that needn’t be dismal. Architecture such as this can be designed by top architects like Thomas Hacker and GBD Architects. It also addresses a new American dream. Small can be beautiful. And it proves that we can provide innovative energy saving features in affordable housing that reduce cost and our dependence on oil. We anticipate a LEED Gold Certification from the USGBC.
