    • Critical to sustainability efforts for the entire Brewery Blocks, the building is the site of the centralized chilled water plant that can accomodate 12,000 tons of cooling capacity, serving 100% of the Brewery Blocks’ air conditioning needs as well as having capacity to serve the larger neighborhood
    • An 80,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art telecommunications and data center provides tenants at the Brewery Blocks and the neighborhood access to all of the areas’ fiber optic networks and secure data storage
