Despite an aggressive timeline and budget, Eastern Oregon University's North and Daugherty Halls fulfilled the demand for active, community-driven student housing. Through conversations with students and resident life personnel, the firm developed two 2-story student housing residences complete with meeting spaces, study rooms and a community kitchen.
