Development/Construction Management
If you have already defined your vision and are ready to begin implementing and arranging financing for individual projects, GESS will provide project development & construction management for projects. From individual in-building efficiency to stand-alone distributed infrastructure, we can help you arrange financing and manage the implementation. We will also provide general contracting services for select projects.
