Originally built in 1953 as a warehouse and converted into an office building in 2004, the Atrium is a single-story, 127,500 sq. ft. value-add office building with approximately 200 on-site surface parking stalls. The property’s location is ideal for commuters, with immediate access to the Interstate and several nearby alternative transportation options including the bus, Amtrack and BART. Gerding Edlen repositioned the property as creative space for a single tenant, and in 2017, the building was leased to a biotech life science company, creating approximately 200 living-wage jobs.
