5-story LEED Gold Mixed-Use Center of Learning

Built atop an existing operating garage and classroom, the Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science building required innovative solutions in order to create a well-designed, mixed-use, sustainable center of learning. Recognizing the significance of this project, the firm donated its development services and Robert Gerding and Mark Edlen donated the project air rights, working with PSU in a successful public/private partnership. The new facility and resources at PSU's School of Engineering enhance the school's ability to continue attracting outstanding faculty, ensuring that students receive a first-class education.
